The Embassy of Japan in Pakistan has officially announced the MEXT (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology) Teachers Training Scholarship for 2025. This prestigious scholarship is aimed at Pakistani teachers with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in primary or secondary schools, including both public and private institutions.
The MEXT Teachers Training Scholarship is open to educators between the ages of 25 and 35. This initiative offers Pakistani teachers a unique opportunity to conduct research on school education in Japan and gain insights into innovative teaching methodologies from Japanese experts. The program is designed to enhance the professional development of teachers and provide them with tools to implement effective educational strategies in their classrooms.
Each year, MEXT provides scholarships to international teachers interested in researching school education at designated educational institutions in Japan. This non-degree training course has a maximum duration of 18 months. Participants who complete the course will receive a certificate from the Japanese university they attend.
Interested candidates must submit their applications by February 14, 2025. Teachers who meet the eligibility criteria and are passionate about improving their educational practices are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity.
